Education Opportunities

Workington Nature Partnership provides a great opportunity for students of all ages and abilities to get involved.

The Nature Officers work with a number of local schools, colleges and universities and provide an exciting variety of activities for students to get involved with.  These include:

  • Pong dipping

  • Bug hunting

  • Making mini beast hotels

  • Litter picks

  • Beach cleans

  • Pond, meadow and woodland exploring

  • Forest schools

  • Plus many more...

Sessions are educational but fun and Raegan Blacker is a qualified Forest School Leader.

If you would like your school, college of university to be involved, please get in touch using the contact details at the bottom of the page.
